OH! Ponteng Lagiii...;D

hari sabtu, ponteng lagi...huhu
hari ni myoliza breakfast NASI KERABU+TELOR MASIN+DAGING BAKAR+KEROPOK
ermmm, nyum3 sedappp nyer alhamdullillah, kenyang sudah.
 berapa carbs yerr,??? nasikk tuu high in carbs, sugar spike...hehe
dah laa hari ni nak pi check kolesterol
phase3 pre maintenance....
minggu yg mcm2 makan, minum susu HL, pisang laa, epal, barley...
variety of foods,..sendiri2 trial and error for ACE & CCL
huhu,,berat mcm naik 1kg,...kwang! kwang! kwang!
tak per,..kita adalah apa yg kita makan.
yang penting keep on track.

*** minum Cleanz Tea, kasi detox, KASI BUANG cepat2 and esok pi jogging 2 round tasik titiwangsa, bayar DAM!!! hihihi

Hai dik..nasi kerabu ker..terliuk jg kakCt tengok btw akak dh dpt dulu..he..he..he tp tk apa janji kita tahu apa yg kita buat..betul tk..yg pastinya kenalah bayar DAM ..kakCt pn minggu lepas dh tercekut roti canai kat kpg baru..belum sempat nk byr DAM lagi..he..he..he.kak pn risau asyik kantoi jer hu..hu..hu aduh !!..mana tahan myoliza...kekadang tu terfikir jg dpt ke akak 55kg sebelum raya ni.. tak lama lagi dh puasa kan.. kena kerja keraslah lagi ...insyaallah harap2 akak sihat..
