berat masa 1st check 61.6kg ,...so ade penurunan 2.79kg, tak per laaa ni timbang digital,..myoliza rekod, 56kg..kwang! kwang! up 1kg disitu,..ni pun sbb mkn mcm2,..minum susu,,huhu langgar pantang,..
4. BMR basal metabolic rate - 1243Kcal, dulu 1272Kcal,..huhu,..tak makan tengahari,..sbb x lapar, sbb makan nasi kerabu pagi tadi,kan,..ooo, bila tak makan metabolic jadi slow,...bukti kat sini, yer ..hehe
****normal BMR 1200 cal,.. the higher the better >1200
5. % skeletal muscle, 24.6,..dulu 23.3,..so increased jisim tulang 1.3%,..so kena aktif lagi,..bersenam yerr!!!
jogging biasa 2 round kena tambah 3 round lerrr...huhu!!!
6.Biological age, 44thn,..dulu 47 tahun,...bagus,..sudah muda 3thn,..tapi badan tua mcm org umur 44thn. ;(
7. Kolesterol - tak sempat check,..sesi percuma dah habisss laaa, out of stok!!!
tips dari dietician/pharmacist tuu:
1. untuk kurus jangan/elakkan amik susu...huhu kena skip ini susu daaa.
2.tidur kena cukup,,,tak boleh tidur lewat.errrrm
3.DINNER AWAL PUKUL 6, yg ni kena tukar habit nii,..makan awal utk sihat dan awet muda,..PHARMACIST tu,..umur dia 51tahun,.but she looks like 35yrs old, very young and vibrant.sudah ade cucu,..mcm x percaya. sori x amik gbr, dia.
*** above all, after 3mths atkins diet, myoliza result show improvement, fat level pun reduce kan,..it means eat low carbs, your body fat get burns. ;D

aku hanya insan biasa, and im not a dietitian, so far atkins suits me,..i lost 6kgs in 42days,..riceless days but tahap metabolisma setiap org tidak sama,..Atkins best for me but it doesnt mean it best for you.
