ukur kuantiti yg nak makan tu dgn perut jer,..agak2 sendiri banyak mana nak mkn janji kenyang kan,...but make sure makanan tu hanya dr food listed sahaja,ok
bila nak masak,..guna mangkuk tu ukur kuantiti sayur
so, selalu masak sayur semangkuk + 1 lauk (samada ayam+ikan or udang)
bila dah masak letak dalam pinggan, penuh sepinggan tuu, kira cukup laa 1 meal serving for lunch and dinner

******Oh,myoliza....apa yg myoliza makan this week,..not included semlam kantoi pi makan nasi tomato 1/2 bungkus at opis badminton tournament, 2biji roti burger goreng,..huhu,,,minggu ni mcm2 mkn,.popia basah seketul,cucur udang 4potong kecik2, pisang mmg lerr mkn,..ubat pelawas kan,..;D,..so minggu ni ade kenaikan 1kg,hehe...actually,,,still trial and error for my body carbs intake,..to maintain the ideal weight,..berat skrg mcm dah ok. insyaallah to maintain jerr, but yes,..the eating habit pun kena maintain, jgn asyik saja2 mengkantoi kan diri yerr, you are on the right track, low carbs...!!! chaiyok! chaiyok!

dinner kobis and sawi+1ikan kpg tongkol panfried

kerabu taugeh+saur bayam+umai dang+kembung rebus cicah air asam
dinner: 2ketul tongkol panfried + bayam stirfry
