mau pinggang ramping dan perut kempis.
jom sama2 kita berdiri tegak dan depa tangan
and twist kan badan,ke kiri dan ke kanan, gerakan 180 darjah.
so takyah lagi, susah2 nak wat sit up,...sakit bahu kan,..jom cuba teknik nii
tangan kalau tak nak depa pun tak per,..lipat separuh rapat ke dada,..or guna batang penyapu letak kt bahu utk depa.
buat kiraan 100x,..so kita akan rasa macam sedang memerah perut kita,kan. lebih kurang buat body CRUNCH,
myoliza dapat tau pasal teknik ni,..dgn kawan baru, masa jogging hari tu,kt tasik titiwangsa, nama dia Awie,
dia ni lebih kurang trainer fitness jugak,..badan pun macam Sazali Samad jer,...
selamat mencuba,...jom kita bakar jer lemak degil tu..visceral fat.
nota: cara twist pinggang tu mcm dalam video ni,,,start at minute 1.10,... yg first step,tu..
cun kan,..lepas buat exercise ni,..semua jadi ramping and mantap mcm trainer video ni,..;D

ReplyDeletehari ni adalah hari ke enam sy induction...tp smlm sy ader mkn satay....tu dah msuk kategori kantoi k?sy dh tngok video yg ader sbut sal satay tp still kompius leh makan k x sbb satay yg sy makan tu...xdelah manis sngt...tp tipu r x manis kan...pastu...kater la induction week 2 minggu tu dh berlalu...but still x dpt berat yang kita nak..cmne?kne induction lg k?harap balas...anyone yg dh melalui proses induction before me..tenkiu...^^

enjoy your food, makan laa lebih lauk dr sumber asli, protein spt, ikan,ayam,daging...plus sayur, ie,kobis, brokoli,bayam, and minum air byk2. if strictly low carbs dlm masa 2minggu, u will surprise with the result.

so,..jaga makan dan rajin2 bersenam.pasti boleh.
