lunch ~ huhu lumayan sehhh,..mkn kt gerai mummy, danau kota uptown rm4 sahaja ;-D
* minuman cam biasa air mati/jarang,..ore kelate panggil air sejuk ;-D

malam ni,..balik lambat,,sampai umah 7.20pm,..singgah kedai mamak beli kobis, n terbeli sardin,.. Sri Melati sardin (x penah dgr pun brand nii,..sardin cap ayam,hehehe ;-D tapi bukan AYAM brand,..tapi 0 carbs,...no idea lg nk masak cam ner,..so mlm ni masak omellete jer+sayur kobis+1spring onion+5bilis

ReplyDeleteikan/ayam yg digoreng,boleh. tp klau dirumah digoreng pan fried jer.[minyak sikit,bkn deep fried] so, bila mkn kt kedai, yg bergoreng dimaapkan. csrbs utk minyak=zero
