Oh! Day10...ctn'd

jom tgk lagi apa yg myoliza makan,...utk hari ke-10 reinduction bersamaan dgn 39days HARI TANPA NASIK,....actually 2x kantoii,...huhu

 Day10 ~ 14/4/2010

B ~ 2telor mata+hirisan timun n tomato+1cheddar+mayo...sama cam smlm kann,..biasalah ikut mood dh suka, hari2 bekfast sama,..shedappp,,,yummy ;-D

L ~ 1ketul tenggiri asam pedas+sayur campur+paru goreng,...lunch kt uptown danaukota,,gerai mummy,..mace2 masakan kelate and nogori ado sini,....BUDU pun ade kalu nok try,...tapi high carb yerr!!!

4.30...CCM,...hehehe curi2 makan legume disini,..10 biji kacang,..kantoiii laa....makanan ini adalah dilarang,,huwaaaa

D ~ 2sardin dibakar dlm pan(letak minyak sikit kasi garing)+sayur kobis goreng,....abis sekor jer dah full dah,.1ekor lg x abis,,pelawa kat adik suh dia ratah,...tp td terlewat balik,..masak pun terlewat,..n makan pun TERRRlewatt,..terlebih sudahh,..kul8,daaa....stop at 8.15pm..huhuhu

legume,kacang,...ini adalah makanan larangan,yerrr!!!!

dinner yg kelewatan...overrun ssbb tunggu ikan yg dibakar lerrr..


veryyy juicyy n maniss,,,yummmy,..tp larat sekor jerr,..am full.perut dh kecikkk..hehehe

**harap2 hari ni x over 20g carbs yerr,..huhuhu,..legume tu disqualified,..huhu

  1. Suka la baca blog akak tentang diet ni sebab ada sertakan dgn gambar. TQ sooo much ye kak.

    Apa lagi, sy pun buatlah food diary berpandukan diet akak ni. food diary sy siap ada letak gambar2 dr blog akak ni.ni yg buat sy makin excited giler nak tetapkan pendirian dgn diet ni.

    Update slalu ye kak berserta gambar. kalau boleh sertakan sekali dgn bahan2 yg akak guna utk perap ikan tu ye...

    hehe,..sbnrnya,..msk org diet ni lg simple tau,..xpayah taruk rencah mcm2,..

    ikan tu cm biasa,..garam+kunyit+cili giling (guna yg readymade jerr rm1.60,1cup big,kecik rm0.80)...pastu tu, bakar lam pan or kuali,ltk minyak sikit,cam kt kedai buat tu kn...or balut ngan foil

    selamat beramaaaal,yerr ;-D
