Day8 ~ 12/04/2010
B ~ 2 telor rebus sahaja (minggu sempoi jerr,,,,hari2 telor rebuss,..lama muka bulat cam telor,,halus mulus x per,..huhu)
L ~ 1ketul ikan mayong asam pedas+sayur taugeh+2helai salad ,..pahit salad kerinting nii, so mkn selai jer ,,klau butterhead sedap..
D ~ 1ikan cencaru dibakar dlm pan+sayur bayam goreng,...best nyer cencaru bakarr,..nyum3 , perap garam+kunyit+cili boh jerr,...express style jerr,..fr my kitchen.
taraaaa,....
minuman: air suam/air sejuk/air jarang or green tea...asalkan tidak bergula ;-)

ReplyDeletemasuk 2nd wk utk 2nd induction. tak lama lagi dpt la berat ideal akak kan. sy noticed utk dinner akak amik ikan + sayur bayam. blh try la lepas ni. bfast makan telur rebus lg senang kan. rebus siap2 sblh malam tu. hari ni saya tak kantoi dah. cuma makan lebih sket.

so xde mende nk tlg bakarkan lemak tu even sy mkn ikut atkins..

p/s:xsmpai 2weeks sy dh nk final exam ni..pastu dpt lik mesia.yeaa!! lik nnt dh berazam nk usaha lbh lg..btw..doakan final sy ek..pastu doakan berat sy trun..hehe =p
btw..impian ntuk kurus n tampil lnsing ble lik nnt nmpaknye terpakse lupakan..sy frust ni kak..konon2 nk wt org2 tersyg nmpak sy cun xleh la.xdpt nk wt org jatuh cinta lebih ble jemput sy kt airport nnt..huhu angan2 ku musnah.hehe =p
