betul tu kak liza. pg ni berat sama dgn smlm. kdg2 naik sket..tp ok...2-3 hari lepas tu akan turun juga. lgpun tak byk xtvt bakar lemak. tp apa pun...diet harus diteruskan. dah ilang 5.5kg ni pun dah happy sgt!
