sahur 5.45pg:
so hari ni breakfast, 2hotdog+1/2tomato+hirisan timun+1tbs mayo+1cwn susu skim milk =D,
(actually kehabisan stok,,telor pun habis,,,yg tinggal hotdog jerr,..sib baik ade hotdog,,klau tidak kebulur akak,pagi nii,..telan jer laa, walaupun sebenarnya x elok mkn processed food ni, sekali seminggu boleh laa, tp kdg2 kita nk ubah selera jugak kan,..tepuk dada tanya selera.
berbuka/dinner: 1ekor anak tenggiri stim+bunga kobis+tomato+karot.nyum3

slm...kak bencinyer.sy x tahan dugaan beto..sekali sy mkn CLOUD 9 n Curry Groundnut...arghhhh rase bersalah rase nk muntah kan jer....2-2 benda tuh 15.1g carbo....pg tadi mkn telor 2 biji...lunch lauk tomyam..ikan kembong 1 ekor..telo dadar..kak sy tgh induction nih ari nih msk 4 hari dah...berat 59kg..pg tadi timbang 57kg...kak menyesalnya saya...nk pg tandas lah nk muntahkan..huhuhu...

aii kak.... da lm sy ikut akak nyer blog nih... sngt mnarik n sngt bgus cz akak kongsi pe yg akak mkn. n sy ska ngat cz ble dijadikan pnduan n jugak jd pmbakar smngt sy tuk kurus, almaklumlah skrg berat da 86(so sad)... sbnrnyer da try 2 mggu lps atkhins diet nih, tp asyik kantoi jer cz jadual kuliah pack sngt n slalu penat n x brmaya. pg2 2 mmg smnt nk diet, tp bla tang tnghri 2, trus patah smngt cz penat sngt, n pe lg baham mcm2 ler.... tp sok sy nk mula balik, hrp2 dpt ler brtahan tuk 2 mggu ni....hehehehhe
