rm6 sahaja
hari ni ade training futsal kul7-8,for friendly match ntt ngan putrajaya holdings,..
[mcm laa akak ni terror sgt main,..kaki bangku jer],,org suh join kita join laa kn,buat keluar peluh boleh laa
so dinner awal kul6.30 singgah sekejap di dapur sarawak lagiii....
order 1tomyam ayam +1 telor dadar+air suam
sikit jer lauk diaa,..lumayan lagi tomyam akak masak...kan

bestnya sekejap je dah tiga hari..saya tak tahu apa2 kira dah terlepas la ye..apa pun dlm tiga hari tu dah control gak nasi xmkn banyak. tp itu tak cukup kan..masih lum kategori induction...all the best tuk akak..

kak,sye darh 3 hri da wt diet neyh n now rser xbrapa selera nk mam if xmkan ayam n ikan bley kew....?? nk mam sayur jew...perlu cukup 20g carb kew sehari atau kurang pown bley n laie 1 klau minum tea o suam without gula or susu bley kan??
