oh! taknakgemuk day2

cabaran hari nii,..pagi2 kepala rasa pening2,,and nk muntah...
dugaan sungguh,..lama x reinduction,..hampir kelupaan rasa yg lemah longlai mcm nii..
huhu...lebih2 berpuasa,..semlm makan sikit ker,..
skrg hampir pukul4,..badan lagi laa rasa tak bermaya,..
tapi macam rasa ketosis sdg bekerja di kawasan perut.
harap myoliza dpt bersabar sampai berbuka.
petang ni nak masak yg berat2 sikit.
mmg cabaran kan,..bila lama tak berKETOSIS.


menu berbuka: 1mangkuk tomyam+1telor dadar+1kembong panfried.kenyang


ni rahsia tauu,..td kwn opis ade kasi popia basah,..huhu so akak amik seketul kecik,..laa buat berbuka...(ramuan dia,telor rebus+taugeh+sengkuang) kwang!kwang!kwang!

p/s.aduuhh,,,mesti jadi "bahan " kat sifu ni kalau dia tahu. huhu....shhhhhhhh
