malam tadi, sebelum tido makan 2biji telor rebus, and minum air kosong,
niat nk bangun sahur,..tapi x bangun.
[sorry nya, akak dalam tempoh berpuasa]
so - no lunch
dinner/berbuka ~ 7.30 mlm
500ml air kosong sebelum makan
2ekor ikan kembung panfried+sayur bayam tumis air
alhamdullillah, day1 journey accomplished.

ReplyDeletehi my,..yup tk tahan ni,,,and cabaran jugak bila kepala terasa pening2 and nk muntah,,badan pun lemah longlai,...mungkin x cukup mkn,huhhu,..karang berbuka kena mkn lebih sikit,lebih berat.huhu.tadi dh minum air bbyk,sampai perut naik kembung.
