Oh! Taknakgemuk day12

hari ni,..cuti ,so time for jogging,...seminggu sekali jer akak jogging, 3x pusingan
oklaa kan,,dari x buat workout langsung,...and hari2 just panjat tangga jer tingkat 14.


balik jogging baru breakfast, so lambat sikit...sblm jogging minum air kosong jerr..


so, hari ni bf: 2telor scramble+mix veggie+1hotdog+1/2 tomato+hirisan timun



lunch menu: 1kpg tenggiri panried+bunga kobis&tomato stirfry


dinner pun same jerr,,,
.
