Oh! 22 Ramadhan 1431H



sahur/ breakfast:
hari ni makan 2biji telor rebus jer
[ amalkan minum air sebelum makan yer,..500ml air kosong]
 at least 16gelas sehari

 dinner or berbuka:



 dada ayam kukus sempoi

bahan2:
1dada ayam perap dgn 1tbs light soya sos POPO+jintan manis secubit tumbuk sikit
[myoliza tak guna garam yer, nk letak secubit pun boleh,..tapi dah secukup rasa dah]
taruk dlm periuk
campak 1bawang bombay+1bwg putih+1/2inci halia yg dihiris
taruk selai daun limau purut
campak 1biji kentang potong dadu
2biji tomato belah 4, 1biji campak terus,..
time dh nak masak campak 1biji lagi
campak lagi...
1/2 pepper di potong panjang
1/2 btg celeri
dah nak masak campak segenggam snowpea.....
