Oh! Sengal-sengal badan

sejak dua menjak,..diet on off
macam2 makanan masuk,..langgar pantang...
cilok nasik, biskut raya,..kerepek raya
tak abis2 lagi,..
makan pun semua boleh,..
tak tau naper,..semalam badan letih semacam,..
penat gilerr,..rasa macam balik keje kt sawah jerr
so malam tadi tidur awal,..tak pun sbb penangan dok menjala roti jala...huhu
penangan potluck raya,...3 jam berdiri dok menjala,..
sebab tu badan penat. rasa nak demam ;(
so baru telan 2 biji PANADOL...
harap2,..kembali cergas dan mood nak buat keje pun ok,..
mood lari and badan lemah sebab cik P, keeer...
hrmm,...memang sengal-sengal badan
macam orang tua kan.

p/s: kalau ade orang masagge kan best ,..wink! wink!
