Oh! Back on track tapi...

hari ni genap puasa 6 Syawal hari kelima

menu macam biasa,..
1cencaru goreng
sayur bakchoy+snowpea stirfry
plus lala masak lemak+nasi 1 sudip [lala MAK yg masak]
ermm...sedappnyerr
1pisang
tapi masih ade selingan kudapan.....kerepek bawang + mini popia...huhu

[peringatan: pada yg baru start berATKINs..NO NASIK OR PISANG PLEASE..GO RICELESS DAY, SAY NO TO NASI, low carbs ONLY]
and esok ade jemputan open house....[dok berkira-kira mau puasa or tidak esok]
esok 1hari lagi genap lah PUASA ENAM SYAWAL....HUHU
[berpuasa 6 hari di bulan syawal ibarat berpuasa setahun...oh sungguh besar berkahnya]
godaan lagiii...........klau diteruskan so ahad dapatlaa beraya,...D
and on Sunday also had open house raya for office at Saloma Bistro...
oh,yeaaah,....makan-makan lagiii....
meriah sungguh rakyat Malaysia ni kan,...kaya makan,...tak der laa kebulur..
sebulan puasa so sebulan jugak laa pesta makan2 nii...sana sini open house ;D
cuma nyer takut nanti....mati sebab banyak makan,..huhu...
KITALAH APA YANG KITA MAKAN
MAKANLAH APA SAJA,..YANG PENTING TAHU APA YANG KITA MAKAN.
