petang sabtu pi, karoake, dr kul 3.30-6.30ptg...ngap2 kerepek,...and berlibur lagii...huhu
supper : sup ayam

breakfast : 2telor mata+3hotdog+1/2tomato+salad+1tbs mayo + 1cawan skim milk

akak, nak tanyala.. saya dah start atkin ni, minggu first ja turun 2kg. pastu tak turun2 dah. sekarang dah masuk minggu ke-4. napa ye? tak turun2 berat. sedih :(
