berbuka/dinner : 1mangkuk sup sayur+ayam masak halia
day23 ~ hari kantoi
hari ni breakfast 1/2 lontong [ade org belanja,..huhu ade jer makan free kt opis myoliza..murah rezeki diaorg kan] - mkn 3 ketul nasi impit & sayur lontong,..kuah x amik
lunch - balance 4 ketul lagi nasi impit kuah kacang & sambal
dinner : dok tengah pikir nak makan aper,.....jap lg balik masak ....
dinner: 3hotdog (brand farmgold 3bj per serving=2g)+2scramble mixveggie+salad+1/2tomato+1tbs mayo

aku hanya insan biasa, and im not a dietitian, so far atkins suits me,..i lost 6kgs in 42days,..riceless days but tahap metabolisma setiap org tidak sama,..Atkins best for me but it doesnt mean it best for you. Salam Liza..ada amik apa2 suppliment/ detox tea ke?? nampak slim jer walaupun makan nasi,lontong (langgar pantang Artkins)...hehe... saya ni punyalah takut nk makan...adakalanya dh masuk dalam mulut, sanggup luah balik, takut berat naik...huhuhu...tulun....

cendana, yup.jgn tiru cara saya,..if u baru nak beratkins!!!! saya berani langgar pantang setelah beratkins 115hari and capai berat skrg,..55kg. sori,..akak skrg,byk langgar pantang sbb berat BMI,..tapi ala kadar jer bila nak makan, masih berwaspada. sy x der amik aper2 supplement,cuma minum green tea.[kdg2 mkn mirifsaya pun takut jugak berat naik,..tp kita leh kontrol sendiri,..paling berat time cuti raya cina hari tuu,..57kg...insyaallah,kitalaa apa yg kita makan,..nak gemuk or kurus. ;D
ReplyDeleteand lagi satu,..bila akak langgar pantang, cth,for breakfast,..lunch and dinner back on track. or mana2 between meal,yg akak langgar,..akak pandai2 adjust sendiri...menu seterusnya,..back on track,..tapi kena ingat,..for INDUCTION or OWL ongoing weight loss,..U ALL X BOLEH KANTOII, ya!!! kalau x mcm mana x turun berat,..bila diet asyik terencat.kena igat tuu,..kitalah apa yg kita makan.
