Oh! Menu hari ni...cubaan

breakfast
- 2kpg roti wholewheat+tuna+1biji tomato
- 1mug green tea
- air kosong 2liter

lunch
-1kembong bakar+1/3sudip nasi+2senduk sayur kobis
-1gelas air suam

dinner
-1mug air kosong
-1biji pisang montel
-2biji telor rebus
-1biji pisang....lagi
-air masak 1liter

***brp carbs yerr nii,..terlebih carbs KALORI dah nii, x reti nak kira kalori,..malas pulak nk tgk list makanan nii,...slow2 laa,belajar wat kalori defisit..yerr, on going weight loss.life maintenance.

  7. salam cik anon, as long as u follow atkins food list suggestion for phase 1,induction, ok laa tu ade penurunan, setiap org metabolisma x sama, so different result.yg penting berat turun.
