oh! taknakgemuk day5

hari ni pi jogging tasik titiwangsa buat 3 pusingan

bf: makan 2biji telor rebus sahaja dan air kosong sahaja.

lunch hari ni : 1telor dadar & paprik ayam


5.30ptg ~ outing - 1cup Old Town Hot Mocha [kantoi]

9.30mlm ~ outing - late dinner -1mangkuk sup ayam + 1gelas barli suam [kantoi]
