oh! taknakgemuk day3

sudah hari ke3..
semlm penangan ketosis badan lemah longlai,..tak larat rasa
arini x puasa,..nk makan sedap2...yahoooo

menu breakfast pagi ni: salad +telor 2biji+1biji tomato+1sudu mayo+1mug green tea+air kosong minumlaa byk2 kalau lapar...

lunch hari nii nnt,,,laa pikir dulu, maybe p makan kt istana budaya...or dapur sarawak...


menu : 1kembung bakar+paru+baby kailan+sayur taugeh,+air suam=nyum3
rm6 sahaja

hari ni ade training futsal kul7-8,for friendly match ntt ngan putrajaya holdings,..
[mcm laa akak ni terror sgt main,..kaki bangku jer],,org suh join kita join laa kn,buat keluar peluh boleh laa 

so dinner awal kul6.30 singgah sekejap di dapur sarawak lagiii....
order 1tomyam ayam +1 telor dadar+air suam


sikit jer lauk diaa,..lumayan lagi tomyam akak masak...kan

alhamdullilah, hari ni misi berjaya. tiada kantoi. ade sesiapa mengkantoi kan diri hari niii.
astaga....bawak2laa insaf, kalau kita tak sayang diri kita,..sapa lagi nk sayang.losing weight is not 1day journey. anda buat anda dapat,...

  1. bestnya sekejap je dah tiga hari..saya tak tahu apa2 kira dah terlepas la ye..apa pun dlm tiga hari tu dah control gak nasi xmkn banyak. tp itu tak cukup kan..masih lum kategori induction...all the best tuk akak..

    with atkins, eat healthy u loss naturally,
    makan 3 x sehari, x payah tahan lapar, yg penting low carbs!

  6. kak,sye darh 3 hri da wt diet neyh n now rser xbrapa selera nk mam if xmkan ayam n ikan bley kew....?? nk mam sayur jew...perlu cukup 20g carb kew sehari atau kurang pown bley n laie 1 klau minum tea o suam without gula or susu bley kan??
