Oh! Taknakgemuk day11

breakfast hari : 2telor scramble+mix veggie sikit+1hotdog (5g carbs, brand saudi)+1tbs mayo+1tomato+timun

lunch @ dapur sarawak : sayur kobis+kacang pjg grg dgg+kerabu perut+daging ketuk




[kantoi....petang2 kunyak kerepek+keropok+1 cawan air kopi....apekeheeee niie]

dinner:  2biji telor rebus jer....tetiba x lalu nk makan....terasa kenyang ;(

***problem plak x blh upload gbr....
