***berpuasa hari ini***

sahur : 5.30 pg ~ paprik scramble (balance sayur paprik+2biji telor)



berbuka/dinner: 7.30mlm =2ketul ayam goreng McD yg dibuang kulitnya (org opis belanja)+sayur kobis stirfry+air suam
