OH! Posa Day 3

hari ni tak bangun sahur
terjaga tu dgr orang dah bang dah
oh! hooo.....
puasa harus diteruskan jua.
Insyaallah.

7.30pm ~ berbuka dgn 500ml air suam
7.35pm ~ 500ml air suam
7.40pm ~ 500ml air suam
7.45pm ~ 2ekor kembung goreng + terong+bendi goreng sambal (oily melly ker,...katanya goreng x perr,..minyak zero carbs, ;D)
