hari ni diberi kekuatan utk teruskan posa
walaupun pagi tadi pun terbangun lambat utk sahur
terjaga kul 5.30am
so, hanya sempat minum 1liter air kosong
huhu,..naik kembung perut...
hanya tu jer yg sempat...
kena minum air banyak2...sebab myoliza ade masalah pembuangan..huhu
posa2 nii lagi laa kan,,,x cukup air
tadi amik masa utk relax,cool, dan bertendang,..
mmmmemang kena amik masa lama,..baruuuuuuuuuuu betul2
ADA MARIIII....ade hasilnya.
