OH! Posa Day 4

sahur
5.15am ~ 500ml air kosong
5.20am ~ 500ml air suam
5.30am ~ 500ml airsuam + 2telor separuh masak taruk kicap cair


berbuka:
7.30pm~500ml air suam+2tbs physillium husk
7.40pm~500ml air suam
7.45pm~1mangkuk tomyam udang+1kembung goreng

  1. salam myoliza...selamat berpuasa..kakCt pn puasa jg tp minggu nie akak ada teman(anak kak) ..nk tanyalah myoliza ..tang makan sahur tu akak tengok myoliza makan simple jer..kak Ct sahur mkn beriya2 ayam goreng/panggang dgn sayur salad n timun dgn mayonis(mayo kraft)..air 1.5 liter naik kembong dibuatnyer..nie pagi tadi kak mkn ikan tenggiri stik lagi n sausage seketul n sayur.. sedap tau simple jer kalau nak resepinyer nanti boleh akak bagi..
    Tp yg tk syok nyer semalam akak kantoilah koz mkn popiah basah 3 ketui (kecil2 lebih kurang 6 cm jer )he..he..he...lepas gian lah myoliza dh lama kak tk mkn...oh yer myoliza puasa minggu nie jer ke..akak sambung bulan dpn koz bendera nk naik daaa...

    selamat berposa,..wah best nyerr kak siti sahur,..sy malas nk masak laa kak,,,dh biasa sahur cam tuu,...pagi2 malas nk masak, ;D

    hehe,,smlm pun sy ade terrmakan kopok lekor,kopok ikan ;D and minum susu, HL,..suh bagi perut lega,..sy pembuangan mmg masalah sikit,..bila posa lg laa,...ade google kt internet, atkiners leh amik,phsyllium husk,..helps bowel movement,,,leh beli kat pharmacy,..ptg ni nk pi cari,..rasanyer dh byk dh amik sayur and minum air,..huhu,perit

  5. cik,,tu laa stok green tea akak dh abis,..cleanz tea ade lg, smlm minum,....tp x selalu,..smlm kot akak x sahur lg laa,kurang air.. nazak betul rasanya,..nak membuang tp x kuar,..huhu
    lg pun,,akak bukan nyer hari2 proses buang,..mmg dr dulu bermasalah,perut tk sihat sbb tu byk toxin,...
