OH! BREAKFAST YG OVER...

hari ni x posa
sebabnya malam ni ada invitation dinner
Majlis Makan Malam Tahunan DPMM
kt PWTC kul8 mlm
kalau posa nnt lewat plak  bukak posa kn
biasa laa majlis VVIP nii...
tetamu kehormat Timbalan Perdana Menteri


terlewat bangun. aktiviti pagi ni :

6.45pg ~ 500ml air kosong
7.00pg ~ 500ml air kosong
7.30pg ~ 500ml air suam

so apa yg heavy bekfast pagi ni,..;D

8.40am kt opis,..punch card merah sudah
8.45am
~ 1cup low fat yogurt, mix fruit with calcium
~ 2scrammble eggs+
~ 1mug nescafe+2tbs susu krimer)....1st time menkantoi kan diri nk minum nescafe wpun bercaffein
*** yogurt ni permented milk withlive and active cultures (nak amik bakteria baik utk perut,huhu)
brp carbs ni yer,...18g,..(hari ni akak abaikan,..huhu)

*** hari ni belum ade pembuangan lg,..ketika posting ini ditulis perutku mulai terasa natures call,..huhu ;D

  1. salam jumaat myoliza...kakCt pn tk puasa jg..hajat hati nk puasa tp kesian kt abg kak asyik minum sorang jer.. nanti ada le pulak yg nk menemankan...he..he..btw kak nk cover balik badan kak yg kekurangan air nie lebih2 lagi akak rasa badan kak mcm nk demam..tekak pn dh terasa pahit n pedih ..takut demam lak koz kat office kak berlambak yg tampal koyok n demam...
    Wahh..ada dinner ke dik..seronok yer...nk ikut leh ker..ha..ha...acah jer..selamat br"dinner"
