omellete pizza with sayur n anchovies
ikan bakar and bayam
tenggiri+baby kailan+kacang goreng dgn hati+paru,lumayan ;D

omellete sayur
cencaru bakar+bayar stirfry
cencaru sumbat and acar timur with nenas,no choice x der sayur
scramble egg, 2biji
* selamat berdiet semua,..chaiyok! chaiyoK!
