kalu rebus2 or sup baik utk kesihatan katanya
x kesah laa makan mcm mana pun,..
yang penting low carbs,..dan sedap
ikut selera yer tak,..
kadang2 nak ubah selera gak,..
coz YOU ARE WHAT U EAT
tepuk dada tanya selera masing masing ;-D
