~ satu pengalaman yang sangat mencabar,trail yg becak,..pendakian dalam hujan,...sampai ke puncak.
memang betul2 mencabar diri sendiri...stamina kena tinggi,...ni baru separuh dari puncak kinabalu jer kan!
