makan 3 x sehari
breakfast...eg.salad telor/hotdog rebus/salad/tomato+mayonis penyedap rasa..;D
minuman pagi...green tea.
LUNCH...lauk,sayur..nasi sejemput
dinner...lauk ikan/ayam panggang or stim/rebus+sayur stirfry
nota penting : elakkan manis
insyaallah.berjaya.
nape x percaya...cubalah!
berat sebelum.. 62.5kg
sekarang : 60.5kg
