oh! kenapa berat saya naik...
kenapa saya cepat gemuk,...
baru seminggu dh naik 4 kg,....cepatnyerrr...huhu
rumusan nya;
1. x diet...bila balik kg...semua bedal
2.xder disiplin
3.makan nasi 3x sehari
4.minum manis
5.makan makanan manis....
6.makan x ikut aturan
7.makan setiap masa...
8.makan makanan yg x kualiti
so. sebenarnya utk kurus,..haruslah disiplin kan diri,...makan ikut masa, 3x sehari,,,tp makanan yg berkualiti dan kuantiti yg dimakan juga penting.
jom diet lagi,...back on track.

ReplyDeleteSaya hari tu pun cuti diet gak sempena bercuti di luar kawasan. 3 hari 2 malam. Bantai roti, pankek dan buah naik hampir 1 kilo.
