and timbang,....berat dh turun,....dh hilang angka 6, kt depan,....
hehehe,..semangat nak diet ni,.....59kg dah....

p/s.sebenarnya x elok ni makan hotdog hari2,..process food kan,..byk mono ke polysaturated fat, sodium laa,..tp akak ni pagi2 tu jer laa wat breakfast pg,..senang dan ringkas...huhuhu
nnt kita cuba resepi yg lama2,...salad telor ke,,,salad ayam kan,...and telor mmg byk khasiat,..telor separuh masak is better,..dr telor rebus,sbb kandungan vitamin n nutrient x hilang sepenuhnya.lagi pun telor makanan ruji atkins,..and semua diet,...sbb paling senang & kaya protein. so jgn risau mkn telor hari2 yer.....thres a good info abt telor,....kolesterol tu benda lain pun ade.....ade pros n cons.
