mulakan dgn bf,..3ketul hotdog farm gold,..per serving =100g=2g carbs
lunch = 1/2genggam nasi+1potong ikan patin masak tempoyak+sayur kobis+tempe goreng bilis
dinner : 1 ikan kembung masak stim,...
tp timing out,...kul9 baru dinner,..nikira dh lewat nii,..balik kul 7,,,tp dok main2,..layan Tentang Dhia dulu,...igt yer,...semua waktu makan kena jaga,...dinner paling lewat kul 8,..dulu timing makan akak betul2 jaga.
akan diimprove yer.....
bahan-bahan:
1ekor ikan kembung
1keping tauhu
1/2 biji tomato
1/2inci hirisan karot
1 ulas bwang putih
1/2inci halia
1tbs kicapcair POPO
secubit garam
1 keping asam keping
1 biji kedondong kecik
1 hirisan buah pala
then,..campak semua bahan dlm pan,...masuk air sikit ,...tutup,..and stim sampai masak,..dlm 10-15minit.
mmg sedap,...tekak myoliza....senang dan ringkas.tak yah tumis2.....semua kasi campak jerr...try laa,..and nnt bg komen,...yer.resepi nii.
