Tips exercise SUSU SEJAT : tak perlu lama2 pun, cukup 30 minit sehari.. itu pun akan bawa impak yg besar terhadap lifestyle u.. try buat after pulang dari kerja.. :)
1 - stretching
2 - warmup 5-10 minit dgn berlari2 anak keliling rumah
3 - push up 10x, 2 set
4 - jumping jack (tepok bintang) 50 kali
5 - sit up 10x, 2 set
...6 - jumping jack 50 kali
7 - squat 10x, 2 set (cuba google tgk mcm mana org buat, tp tak perlu guna dumbell pun, cukup dgn berat badan u utk tampung berat)
8 - jumping jack 50 kali
cuba amalkan siri senaman ni ikut turutan. pastikan hanya ada 1 minit sahaja rehat di antara setiap senaman tu.

*** senangkan..so no more alasan tiada masa utk bersenam,..bangun tido or sebelum tido or waktu malam, kita boleh bersenam,,,hanya 30minit setiap hari,...myoliza dah try tepuk bintang 50x best jugak,..senang dan simple jer,...nanti leh cuba semua set! JOM TEPUK BINTANG!!

salam akak...saya da start atkins dlu..da trun 3-4kg...tp sbb bln puasa aritu exam...mmg sy stress...so lari abes diet...so da gain weight blk..blk malaysia pn...ada open house sana cni..so berat blk normal...huhuhu...sy nk start blk nih...xtaula menjadi ke x lg..tkot xefek lg da...uwaa....tp yg sy isau..if badan sy trun..agk2 size dada akn turun x?tkot nt proportion badan xbalance..makin buruk adala...T_T

ReplyDeleteapok,induction 2 minggu cukup tak, strictly low carbs,..akak ok jerr,..biasnya klau kantoi takkan naik mendadak,,kecuali u mmg out of control diet,..setakat cilok sikit xkan naik berat,..cuma berat takder perubahan. ;D

ReplyDeleteakak pun mcm tu jugak sejak lepas raya, ader jer hari cilok, mkn nasik,..tp berpada2,huhu,..nasib baik berat maintain lagi,..tap badan rasa berat jer,..incis ade mengembang,...azam baru lepas raya haji betul2 diet and jogging. hehe ;D

ReplyDeletesila check balik apa yg awk makan, yg mybbkan awk naik mendadak. [sebb tu catatan food diary tu penting, so kita boleh track apa y kita makan or minum, breakfast/lunch/dinner]
most important, cuba amalkan just minum air suam/kosong, no minuman manis,plzzzzzzz. akak just minum green tea.mmg x amik minum manis.
erm rasanya mmg salah sendiri.. mkn aiskrim, mlm plak mkn ns grg usa...air buah... hehehe..
