Oh! misi 50 kg [day 4 & 5] off diet pulok

day 4 ~ saturday [16/10/2010] 
off diet laaa.... jalan port dickson, bawak mak abah makan angin ;D,
pagi bekfast 1 kpg wholemeal with peanut butter, lepas tu singgah nasi kerabu keramat, myoliza makan LAKSAM,..laa pulok. ;D

malam, dinner nasi with tomyam udang ;D

day 5 ~ sunday [17/10/2010]

hari ni pulak,..breakfast, roti canai telor and tengahari bawak mak abah makan2 kt MZ DarulNaim,..nyor nyakot laa, mugo make nasi budu,pucuk ubi,ike singgey,gulai ikan kering,ikan panggang tawar ngan telor dadar,...takporlaa sekali sekalo buka selera diaorang kan,..

[diet ku ke laut laa,..makan nasik sedapp weehh ngan budu]
