Oh! Misi 50kg [Day 3]

breakfast ~ 1/2 cup milk magnolia low fat
1telor rebus + 1 pcs wholewheat+peanut butter

lunch ~ 1 talapia bakar+bakchoy+kerabu pucukpaku+kerabu mangga+2sudu nasi


oh! dinner ~ 1/4 nasi goreng+1biji pisang berangan
lepas tu,..ade makan, 1 wholewheat roti
[kunyah2 kerepek lagiiii]

    diet sebenarnya adalah pemakanan yg seimbang, tidak lebih dan tidak kurang pengambilan karbohidrat, gula dan garam,..and makan secara berhemah,..pasti baik utk kesihatan.
    apepun sebelum tu, consult your doktor first.good luck!

    skrg akak byk cilok, awk kena tgk,..posting akak dr start diet dulu, and until bulan aug puasa mth,..akak memng stricly atkins.and akak berjaya!!

    pls take note> buat masa skrg ni,..akak cuba adapt sendiri apa yg akak suka makan.

  7. baru 24.... yup td 161/92 patot la pening2... camno nk wat diet nih :S

    actlly dlm 3 hari turun 3 kg wat diet ni even ptg mkn nugget (buang kulit)

  8. apok, actually better eat fresh food,cm ikann, telor,ayam an syur hijau,.. and elakkan processed food mcm nugget,burger or hotdog sbb tinggi sodium n lemak tersembunyi.
