  3. cane ni kak...wat 5 hari kantoi 2 hari..cane nk ilangkan temptation nk craving bende2 manis bila time2 nk angkat bendera merah nih? huhu..pastu buah2an..sedapnya mkn colek!!
    kak, nk tanye menu bekfast..kalu kt umah sng nk wat tp klu kt luar ape yg sesuweyy di mkn ek? taula kt kedai ada nasik lemak, roti canai, kuih-muih..berkarbo sgtt!! pls advise!
