huhu,..tamak kerr,..tak perr pelan pelan yerr,..
wlaupun skrg berat BMI : 23.50 dalam kategori normal
dgn tinggi 1.53m , berat 55 kg = range normal [18.5-24.90]
jom sama2 diet, utk capai target berat ideal. 50KG [MAU KURUS KERING AKAK NANTI]
[tapi hari2 ade jer makan2 benda bertepung,laa,,nasik laa,..bila kueh raya nii nak abis,haa,..bulan syawal dah tamat]
alasan kan,...ade jer suka2 cilok.
takper,..insyallah, start besok,,,reinduction.no more cilok.

ReplyDeleteayam/daging/ikan leh digoreng or buat sup,..akak klau masak tomyam buat yg simple jer,..leh refer menu apa yg akak makan, kt previous posting, fr march,..masa akak mula2 diet!
