Oh! Misi 50kg [day2]

bf ~ 2biji telor rebus
     ~ 1mug green tea

lunch ~ 1mug air kosong+sayur taugeh+tauhu sambal+1kembung asam pedas+nasi 1/4sudip


dinner ~ 1mug air kosong+1cencaru sumbat+sayur taugeh+2sudu nasi


pencuci mulut ~ dragon fruit


[jajan: curik makan kerepek ubi+mini popia,keh,keh,keh]
      
***nanti kita tgk ape hasilnya,..suka2 jer nak diet, tp cilok.huhu
