Oh! Long break from Atkins...

ohh,..dah lama tak beratkins...
dari bulan may lagi,..akak tak beratkins...
last week cuti-cutian ke bukit tinggi, padang indonesia.
hari2 dihidang nasi padang,...huhu
but alhamdullillah,..berat tak naik,...
turun ade laa,...55kg,.maintain. ;D
dengan pemakanan yg betul. dengan atkins, berat takkan naik.
insyaallah.
KITALAH APA YANG KITA MAKAN
KUANTITI ,PORTION SIZE DOES MATTER.

    pada akak ok jer,..carbs dlm lauk-pauk (sumber protein, x besar sgt effect nya, compare carbs dlm makanan berkanji, spt nasi/mee/beehon.
    as long as you mkn per serving as food list suggestion. =D

    berat turun seronok kongsi sampai sepupu pun teruja nk buat bila saya kurus huhuhh..jasamu dikenang :D

  9. yup...kak liza nk tanye knp berat badan saya tk turun tp saiz badan saya susut adakah ni kerana atkin?

    pastu nk tanye sbb ada mmber fb ni tanye leh makan yogurt low leh tak? Dia keliru saya kata kalau benda low kalori ni slalu carb tinggi n benda tu manis nt ketosis tk proses kalau nk proses amik masa 2hari...

  10. utk yg kategori obes,..atkins lah diet yg paling mudah utk kurus,..SBB ORG GEMUK NI MASALAH DGN INSULIN RESISTANT, SO, SOLUTION NYA,,KENA MAKAN LOW CARBS.

    AIDA, FYI, CARBS = SUGAR.

  14. salam kak ani,..saya start diet last yr on 07/03/09,..selama 115hari saya capai berat BMI,..tanpa nasi and atkins,..dh setahun saya maintain.
