Oh! Inspirasi...Ortega Success Story.

just to share a success story of Ortega who lose her weight.
sometimes we lost hope, and down when weight loss is not work out, weight gain!
lost track,..and give up.
BUT always bear in mind that LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT A ONE DAY JOURNEY.

Ortega Words of Advice :
Don't ever quit. Losing the weight slow and steady and learning about my relationship with food was a huge difference this time around.

There is no magic cure. No matter what, in the end, it all boils down to the basics: eating right, exercising and drinking water. Understand that we are human and all make mistakes. Never deny yourself any indulgence, just do it in moderation as a reward, but never stray too far for too long. Make healthy eating and exercise a lifestyle, not a phase. This is not a phase for me. It’s a lifetime commitment.

    memang sedih dalam proses diet atkins. tak makan nasi tak apa, tapi perlukan semangat bila terdengar cakap-cakap orang.

    "dah lama diet, tak nampak kurangpun?"
    "eh biar betul diet kau ni, ayam goreng dan telur? tu lah orang gemuk kena elak. baik lagi makan nasi"
    "aku ingat something wrong dengan cara pemakanan kau, aku dah tengok website tu, tapi kau sure ke? aku tengok kau mcm lemah je?"
    "tak lama lagi ko dapat body j.lo" nada perli dan menghina. wah, ini yg paling menusuk.

    saya tahu badan saya - saya yakin dah berkurang 8 kg sejak start 3 minggu lalu! Saya dah boleh pakai shirt lama-lama zaman study dulu, malah pinjam baju adik saiz Lpun muat. Dan saya rasa bertenaga macam biasa, cuma mula2 pening saja.

    Tapi kenapa perlu sindir macam tu? Adakah kalau saya jadi kurus mereka takut dengan kemampuan saya? Adakah kalau saya kemas sedikit - mereka akan sakit mata?

  3. anonymous: pedulikan la ape org nk cakap..yg penting kita sihat...betul tak kak liza?? klu kita sakit ada dorg nk tlg?? anggapla dorg tu jeles sbb dorg xkurus..:D jadikan hinaan tu sbg motivasi (pandai je aku ni nasihatkan org huhu!!)

    taniah awk dah berjaya, turun berat 8kg!
    usah peduli apa org nak kata, you are on the right track,..badan kita, kita yg rasa!
    gemuk org dikeji, itu semua lumrah. tak salah cuba atkins diet, jika ia sesuai dan berjaya untk kita kan, eat healthy, u loss naturally.
    tetapkan matlamat awk untuk diri sendiri, hanya diri sendiri yg tau,kan. akak dulu pun mcm tu jugak,..ada yg kata cara akak makan salah!, tapi akak teruskan jugak!...lama2 dapat laa hasilnya...akak kurus...akak pun dah muat baju adik punya n pakaian lama,..even seluar dia size M akak muat ;D

    kitalah apa yg kita makan,..kita buat kita dapat,..takkan nak suruhkan dia org diet utk kita kan.! chaiyok! chaiyok!
    semua org boleh kurus dgn diet yg sihat,.low carbs, low calori,..but atkins lebih senang nak ikut kan!

  5. Ila,..betul tu..badan kita hanya kita yg tahu

    jom, sama2 kita buktikan,,kita semua leh kurus dengan diet dan pemakanan yang sihat. low carbs!!

    nape LOw CARBs,..sbb utk elakkan craving/ bila karbo tinggi -->high high sugar-->tukar jadi lemak--->FAT storage dalam badan!!! info kat blog kak rahimah.

    so elakkan makan manis-manis, minuman or makanan (kueh mueh), minum jer green tea or air suam,baik utk kesihatan.
