  2. ana,..akak rasa telor ayam and telor itik lebih kurang jer carbs dia,..yg beza nyer, cara masakan tu,..if rebus sahaja, should be zero carbs.

    tapi telor itik masak lomak cili api plus buah mangga,.haiyoo,,nyum3,..brp carbs agaknya tuu,..wink! wink! ;D

    ana wat induction semule ni coz ritu blik kg ade knduri, ana dh mam nsik ckit..& mam pulut kuning byk...:(

    kalau berat susah nak turun tu,..mungkin ade masalah 'insulin resistance'...leh baca pasal insulin,tekan butang search ,ok..

    apa yg perlu dibuat,..kena totally tak leh amik carbs and makanan manis.cuba buat 2minggu,..and tgk ade perubahan tak.mmg langsung tak leh amik carbs,ya.jgn curik2 amik.

  7. salam saya agak putus asa berat saya turun tak banyak pun...macam nak putus asa pun ada...dah 2 sebulan lebih buat..
    makan jaga..air minum banyak...tapi turun sikit..kenapa ye...jalan dekat trek 3 round setiap hari macam tak berbaloi je

    jgn putus, kdg2 mmg mcm tu,..walau kita dh cuba jaga makan and exercise tapi berat tak turun,..faktor hormon pun mungkin jugak,..ataupun,,badan dalam mode pertahanan,..tak nak bakar lemak. ini tips dr jillian michael, utk buang lemak yg degil...
    the biggest loser

    1.Cut your sodium to 1,000 mg a day.
    2.Drink at least 80 ounces of water daily.
    3.Cut out processed foods.
    4.Abstain from alcohol.
    5.Train at 85 percent of your MHR (maximum heart rate) for 1 hour 5 times a week.

    You can do a lot in 30 days — in fact, I can pretty much guarantee you will lose at least 5 pounds. And you'll feel like a rock star!

    sebab hari tu saya tengok kunyit carbo die agak tinggi

    pening kepala tu mmg biase kan mule2 buat atkins ni.. tp kalau tgn ketar,rase kebas n rase lembik gile tu pown mmg biase ek?

    then, kan zul kate x leh mkn buah.. tp td de trbace nangka n buah nona 0 carbs.. betol ke?
