Oh! Misi 50kg ~ Day1

breakfast ~ 2biji telor rebus
               ~ 1 mug green tea

[sempoi jer,..bahan x cukup nak buat salad, nnt kena pi sopping ;D ]

anyway, a good start for new you. good luck.moga bertahan segala godaan.huhu.

target: strictly low carbs.



lunch: ikan merah asam pedas+sayur kacang+sup sayur campur - ok lagi....tapi.....

dinner:
balik umah kul6.30...emak masak bubur kacang hijau,,..and ade ayam masak merah and sayur goreng.
kantoilaa,..apalagi,..kita diberi pilihan,..nak makan atau tidak.tepuk dada tanya hati. [huhu.]
dah lama tak makan bubur kacang hijau MAK masak. ;D

***day 1 reinduction yg sengaja memboloskan diri.[huhu.]

result: 90% ok

  1. Slm kak, sy ingat da nk stat berdiet ngan serius cewah! skang ni cuba2 jer (xstrictly atkins)coz kdg2 msh amik mknn berkarbo. Cuma nk tanya ape je menu yg kita leh mkn kak selain dr roasted chicken, salad, telur..muakla kalu asyik mkn telur jerr!

    mcm2 boleh mkn,..ikut selera masing2,..tp elakkan makanan manis or bertepung and nasik boleh makan but limited,..wlau x ikut atkins pun,..sifir utk diet tetap sama,..even makan produk kurus pun,..cara makan tetap sama.gd luck! leh ikut jugak cara kak rahimah nyer blog, http://jomkurustoday.blogspot.com

  3. nasik boleh mkn? sesudu dua kot ek? daripada amik nasik baik minum susu stgh gelas ok tak kak? sy da tgk blog kak rahimah ..wah mcm2 jenis lauk leh mkn regardless cara msk cane pon cuma xamik nasik jer..
