    boleh tak pagi kite minum kurang 5 gelas sebelum makan..sebab lepas makan nak pergi joging takut nanti nak buang air susah...tapi satu hari minum dalam 4 liter lebih...boleh tak?? bagi pendapat sikit...

  3. ok,..xsemestinya terus minum semua, yg penting sehari 3liter tu dh cukup dh,..depend setiap org,kalu rasa haus tu,,air tak cukup laa.
    dyla, jogging waktu pagi or petang..seelok-elok, and adviseable, perut kita kosong dari karbohidrat 4-5jam sblm jogging.

  4. salam myoliza....saya selalu intai blog ni link dr blog dzul...say pun mcm myoliza..dah turun dalam 10kg gitu..tinggal dlm 5kg je lagi nak buang, tapi liat bebenor eyh..:)
    buat masa ni mantain lgilah walau selalu kantoi..
    cuba MYoliza bg pendapat..setiap pg saya minum air nescafe secawan, then minum air 0 banyak dgn harapan air 0 tu dpt meneutralkan air nescafe tu dlm badan..yeke?boleh ke gitu erk??selalu saya minum dlm 5liter sehari..

  5. secawan tu kira ok laa, kan,..brp sudu susu tu,..kalu ikut kalori, still ok, kot,..tp benda2 manis ni (agen pengumpul lemak kan)...

    green apple,..setiap org respon thdp carbs x sama,..hanya diri sendiri yg blh kontrol,kan,..mmg susah nk buang 5kg yg degil tu. =D, saya pun x strict sgt skrg, hehehe

    akak dulu byk jerawat,muka gelap,..tp bila diet,,jerawat dh hilang,..muka pun dh bersih ;-D
    masalah sembelit pun dh tiada,huhu.

    jerawat ni berkaitan dgnn toksin dlm badan kita, dn berkaitan ngan resdung,..akak selalu wat rawatan resdung kt kedai UO, chow kit,(grd flr) 4btg rm15/= tanpa asap.
