Oh! Low Carb Pyramid

Ini low carb piramid,..amik kt lowcarb diet.com...



portion yg besar adalah sayur-sayuran hijau



portion kedua adalh sumber protein, ikan, daging, ayam,telor,cheese



ni buah berries,..low carb,and kurang manis,..tak penah makan pun,..kat mesia ada kerr???




fat,..guna olive virgin oil,..tapi adik dzul ckp apa2 minyak pun takper,sbb low carb,..jgn minyak urut sudaaaa,..kan kann adik dzul :D




oh,,,kekkaa,,..memang sedappp,..x boleh dimakan kan,..manis dan carbnyer pun tinggi
