OH! menu makan lagi...

dinner -ikan tongkol panfried+taugeh
lunch: tapau ayam goreng+sayur kacang gdn daging
dinner : ikan kembung panfried+sayur bayam+bubur nasikk ;D
breakfast: scramble egg sayur+1 apple
ikan kembung+sayur bayam+bubur nasi
sama jer menu: ika kembung+saur bayam stirfry
sama jer, tambah telor dadar ;D
breakfast today : oat+susu+pisang
my lunch today : ayam panfried+bakchoy stirfry

my dinner for today: sup ayam+sayur bakchoy

  1. wowwwwwwwwwww very gud la u sis, wat a great post & photo, really help me to plan my daily n future food intake, hwever leh tau sis liza goreng tu suma pakai minyak apa? normal minyak or olive oil or canola/corn oil? pls adv, tqvm sis!

  2. hi,diana,..guna minyak biasa jer, seri murni or cap buruh.

    *olive or conola tak sesuai,if overheating, dressing bolehlaa.
