  1. salam kak liza..nk tye..sy bru sbln wat diet atkin ni..still lg dlm induction sb pas 2 mgu, trlpe dri,leh mkn byk plak..ble tmbg,nek mendadak..leh x kak liza bg menu mknan yg leh d mkn time induction ni?sy nk wat induction ni dlm 2 bln.n mknan yg x leh d mkn.plizzz..nk sgt kuyus mcm akak..

    mana2 multiV pun blh ikut kemampuan,,dzul ade suggest brand Centrum,klau x silap akak,..tp elakkan ygade zink.
    amik Flaxeseed pun ok,,sama ngan primrose oil,sbb ade omega3,6,..but depends laa,..keperluan adik mn yg sesuai.tp adik ni laki ke pompuan,..takkan nk amik primrose oil plak,kan,,;)
