fuhhh,..susah tul kan,..nk lupuskan 5kg,..lemak yg degil..
huhuhu,..actually lemak tak degil pun,..tapi diri sendiri yg culas...tak betul2 strict and disiplin
almaklumlaa kan,..bila perasan dah kurus,...
tapi betull laaa,...sendiri mau ingatlaa kan
akak ni,..lemak degil byk kt perut and muka,..tapi kita tak leh berdiet utk kurang spot2 tertentu jer,..
bila diet,..aotomatik,..seluruh badan akan terlibat,...bab kata kevin zahri,..tak leh diet utk kuruskan tempat -tempat tertentu...
utk kurangkan lemak degil,..so kena buat kalori defisit,...makan krg drp BMR kita per day,...
cam ner nk buat,...tu,..low calori, low carbs,...
shuh shuh,...lemak degil,..bila laa boleh dapat perutku yg ramping....huhu
[tekad kena kuat,...yes u can do it,...dulu boleh,..srkg pun pasti boleh kan,....]
