Oh! Misi 50kg ~ apa yg myoliza makan,nyum3

breakfast ~ telor dadar bersayur and salad tomato
resepi: 2 biji telor pukul with lada sulah ajishio secukup rasa
tumis 1ulas bwg merah dan masukkan, sayur kobis+karot diracik, bila dah layu,.masukkan telor.
 hari ni lunch kt dapur sarawak~makan nasi sejemput+kembung bakar+terung sambal+kerabu kaki ayam+kacang botol goreng+daging salai lemak cili api...sakan kan rm6 saja.

 dinner semalam ~ sardin panfried +taugeh & bakchoy stirfry
resepi: ikan perap with garam+kunyit+cili giling ~ goreng dlm pan dgn 1or 2 sudu minyak
sayur stirfry ~ tumis 1 ulas bwg merah+1biji cili besar+secubit ikan bilis buat rencah and 1 kpg tauhu...masukan 1tbs kicap cair brand POPO, then masukkan taugeh + bakchoy (or apa2 sayur,..myoliza x guna garam dah, cukup rasa ngan kicap tu jer)

  1. salam,aka. coleslaw kfc n coleslaw yg kt wat sendiri,leh mkn x? n salami? lg satu,tablet vit c yg mcm bdk2 mkn tu,leh mkn x?

    coselow wat dr kobis+mayonis = ok, boleh jer [akak makan, akak wat sendiri jer ;D

    salami mcm chicken slice kan = isi ayam = ok

    vit c yg kanak2 = ascorbic acid, klau dulu utk tambah selera makan,
    if amik, yg amway, vit c dia diff,..not ascorbic acid.

    x yah amik vit c,dlm sayur dh ade vitamin;)..klau nk, amik multivitamin, apa2 brand pun x per,

    coselow tu boleh makan, as long as benda tu food listed yg allowed,[if teringin x yah seksa diri, x der sapa boleh halang, kecuali berlawan dgn diri sendiri]...if kita makan tercarbs, simply self adjusted between bf/l/d.

    itu jer prinsip akak. but i do strictly follow wht dos and donts jer.

    1.ikan sardin ok,..tapi processed food x elok makan sokmo.

    2. ikan masin ~ sgt masin...elakkan makanan masin-masin - sebab water retention dalam badan.

    makanan bertepung x boleh, mee, or beehun, roti ..x boleh. JUST FOLLOW APA YG BOLEH, X BOLEH. BILA DAH DAH DPT BERAT IDAMAN, BOLEH TMBAH 5G, 10G, 20G SEMINNGU,..BERGANTUNG TAHAP SENSITIVI CARBS INDIVIDU.

    klau nak makan jugak,BENDA YG X BOLEH...AIMAN TAK KESAH! HUHU

    cabaran yang paling payah, adalah bertarung dengan diri sendiri utk kurus. bukan orang lain.
    semua org boleh kurus. dgn ilmu dan tekad dan azam yg kuat.
